1 goog Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

By using the 1 goog website and platform, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of them, please discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 1 goog platform and its members. By registering on 1 goog, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bangla for the convenience of all members in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version of the legal document shall take precedence.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and place bets on 1 goog:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Opening an account as a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all will be suspended.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• All transactions must be made from a bank account or mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Citizens of countries where online betting is legally prohibited are not permitted to use 1 goog.

Keeping your 1 goog account secure is your responsibility. Follow the steps below to protect your account:

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

1 goog conducts regular KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Large withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.

The following payment methods are accepted for transactions on 1 goog. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of verification.
• The payment method and name used for withdrawals must match the details registered on your account.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting purposes — deposits cannot be made solely for the purpose of immediate withdrawal.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 1 goog. As long as you follow these terms, you should have no issues:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out option applies.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Specific wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonus amounts typically require a wager of 5x to 30x before withdrawal.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same device will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1 goog. Violations of these terms will result in serious action:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to 1 goog's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region via VPN or proxy.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, 1 goog will immediately suspend the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

1 goog firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We are committed to promoting responsible betting, and our platform offers the following tools to support that:

• Option to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period (cooling-off period).
• Self-Exclusion option — available from 6 months up to permanent.
• Session time reminders and the ability to set loss limits.

In any dispute, 1 goog's maximum liability shall be limited to the current balance held in your account.

1 goog may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If you request to close your account yourself.

Under normal circumstances, you will be notified by email before your account is closed. However, in cases of terms violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.

1 goog reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be changed accordingly.
• For significant changes, members will be notified directly at their registered email address.
• Updated terms take effect 7 days after they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account. Any eligible balance remaining in your account will be refunded.
